I apply liquid treatment to both the interior and the exterior of the garage. I also treated the entire exterior foundation. I inspected the interior and exterior and found no signs of termite activity at this time. I checked for exterior penetrations as well and found none at this time. I installed four termite monitors at the four corners of the home to help monitor termite activity. I applied a liquid residual treatment to the interior of the home in the basement bathroom and kitchen for General pest control, focusing on ants. I scattered granular bait on the exterior of the home where I saw an colonies and abundance to help mitigate ant activity.
