I inspected the interior and exterior and found no signs of termite activity at this time. I checked for exterior penetrations as well and found none at this time. I installed four termite monitors at the four corners of the home to help monitor termite activity. I applied a liquid residual treatment to the interior of the home in the basement bathroom and kitchen for General pest control, focusing on ants. I scattered granular bait on the exterior of the home where I saw an colonies and abundance to help mitigate ant activity. Today I completed your premium pest service. Started by inspecting the unit in the yard for rodents. Heavy mice activity throughout this apartment. I removed multiple dead rodents that were caught on my snap traps. I added fresh bait to the interior bait stations, which were completely empty. Customer stated that he’s removed multiple dead rodents since the last time I’ve been here. I recommend cleaning some the debris from the yard. The rodents were nest under the piles of garbage. I also recommend inspecting the chimney for possible entry points as most of the activity is coming through the chimney area in the apartment. And the other units I apply a liquid treatment to the kitchen and bathroom perimeter. In the upper unit that placed multiple rodent bait stations in the kitchen area. Good morning Amanda, today I completed your premium plus service. Started by treating the interior for all general insects. I applied a liquid residual solution to the entire kitchen and bathroom perimeter. I also treated the basement with the same solution. I changed any glue boards as needed and added fresh bait to your interior roach, feeding stations. On the exterior, I installed four termite monitors. Will inspect these on each visit. I also knocked out any visible webbing surrounding the property. On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Additionally I replenished glue boards inside and found 1 nymph sized roach in the glue board of bedroom in basement. If you continue to see activity, please reach out to us as soon as possible, so this way we can provide a treatment plan and execute it if need be. Also, removed all visible spider webs around home.
