Good afternoon, today, I completed your service. I began by inspecting all exterior bait stations. Minimal activity on those. I did add fresh bait. Next I inspected the basement for activity. All bait stations had moderate feeding, I did replenish those as well. Next, I treated apartment one and two for roaches. I applied a liquid residual around the entire perimeter of the apartment and added gel bait to the cabinets to help eliminate the roaches by feeding. Today i completed your initial pest service. I began by inspecting the bottom floor for rodent activity. I did see alot of droppings. I pointed out multiple entry points and gave you some tips on how to seal them up. Unfortunately, they all need to be filled by a contractor as they’re to big for us to seal up. I place 3 bait stations in the ground floor. One in the kitchen cabinet, one in the bathroom and one on the kitchen floor. This will help eliminate the rodents by feeding. Next, I inspected the exterior of where I placed 3 large bait boxes around the perimeter and in your crawl space. There’s a massive opening in there which I believe is contributing to your rodent issue. I recommend sealing it up. Next, I applied a liquid treatment to all 3 apartment baseboards. This will help eliminate the roaches inhabiting the apartments. I also gel baited your cabinets and put out arena bait stations as well. I’m going to set up a follow up in to weeks to retreat the home and check on your
Today I completed your initial pest service. I began in the basement. I did see a lot of droppings In the area. I put down 6 rodent bait stations and multiple glue boards in a attempts to Eliminate the rodent population by feeding. I also placed 2 bait stations in the kitchen and 3 in dining room. I placed a large station outside near basement doors as well. Please keep these stations against the walls as mice use the walls for guidance. I also treated for roaches I applied a liquid residual solution to all areas of the restaurant including the basement. I was careful not to spray around open food.
